Payment
Payment must be made by the method you selected when paying for your order. Payments can be made by bank transfer, TWINT, cash at the time of order pick-up (click&collect) or any other payment method proposed by Entre-regard-et-silence.com and mentioned at the time of order.
Shipping
All orders confirmed by Entre-regard-et-silence.com will be delivered to the delivery address indicated at the time of your order.
For the moment, Entre-regard-et-silence works with the Swiss Post. This could be subject to change.
Entre-regard-et-silence offers shipping costs in Switzerland (economy) for all orders above 100.-CHF.
It gives you the possibility to choose the click & collect.
In all cases, the amount of the delivery will be indicated at checkout, depending on the option chosen.
Return
All sales are final. We only accept returns due to damaged or defective products during shipping. If we have approved a return, items must be returned with proof of purchase within 7 days of receipt. We assume no responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods during transit. The use of a traceable system to return items to us is strongly recommended. Refunds will be made upon receipt of the returned goods. Returns without any request approval will not be accepted. Please do not return your purchase without any request approval to us or the manufacturer.
